I joined pro-ven in an operational role before taking that knowledge and converting to the business development team. I am focused on winning and implementing new accounts to help drive pro-ven to the next level.
My spare time is divided between Emirates Stadium and Sky Sports.

I am a chartered certified accountant with a background in finance and commerce. A former hotel developer and operator, I have been with pro-ven since its formation in 2005.  My role is to lead the team which provides bespoke financial and commercial solutions to our key clients, supporting their operational needs.

In my lengthy service with pro-ven I have been promoted several times to my current role as Account Manager of the Unilever team, and I am really excited to see our company continuing to develop and grow.  Typically female pastimes include shopping, indulging in a glass or two of prosecco – and getting married recently so I am no longer a Grimsdale!

Matthew Butler

Before joining pro-ven, I worked as Conference Manager for Doubletree by Hilton – having worked my way up the ladder there from starting on the bar. After 4 years I decided it was time to make a change to a different aspect of the industry, to broaden my knowledge and experience with the great team at pro-ven. Hobbies include anything football related whether it’s playing or watching, and you will also find me at the cinema as I am a huge film fan!

My long career in the travel and hospitality industry has encompassed long haul tour ops, group sports tours and full event management as well as specialist venue finding.
Weekends are spent supporting my partner raising funds for charity in his role as a Grand Lodge Officer in the RAOB.
